The Dua Vietnamese Noodle Soup & The Fish Tank Poke Co. Asian fast food franchise began in 2008, when My Linh Cao, her late husband Thomas Cao, and her mother Tham Mai opened the family’s first Vietnamese restaurant in Atlanta.
